I’m passionate about assessment and development, and I believe that the first step to any project is a clear understanding of business goals. I’ve worked in assessment and development for 17 years and key specialities include selection, assessment, competency framework design, development and coaching. I have extensive knowledge of different assessment tools, processes and legal requirements, I’m BPS Level A and B qualified.
I initially worked in-house as Recruitment Manager for professional services firm KPMG. Over the last thirteen years, I have helped organisations in the financial, professional services, legal, retail, engineering, utilities and public sectors to successfully select and develop staff at all levels. As Consultant Trainer to the Association of Graduate Recruiters for the last seven years, I have run regular workshops to share best practice and improve standards in selection in a wide variety of organisations.
