I’m an experienced coach, facilitator and Human Resources consultant with a proven ability to deliver effective people solutions. With a Masters degree in Managing Change and Organisational Learning I am is a Fellow of the CIPD and have over 20 years’ practical HR experience where I’ve undertaken a wide range of commercially focused assignments for organisations such as Thames Water, Tata Consultancy Services, CGI and Sony.
I became a professional coach over 12 years ago and I create genuine and purposeful connections with clients to support their success. I am an NLP Master Practitioner, a Gallup Accredited Strengths Coach and a member of the International Coaching Federation and I’m passionate about helping individuals to discover their natural potential. The foundation of my coaching is to build trust-filled partnerships to provide a healthy environment for open challenge and objective questioning in order to identify, explore and aim a client’s strengths, resources and skills in a way that makes sense to them.

I’m BPS Level A and B qualified and have experience in using a number of psychometric tools for recruitment and development, including OPQ, HPI, DISC and the Clifton StrengthsFinder.
