I am a Chartered Psychologist with 15 years’ experience working in coaching, assessment, leadership development and organisational culture change. Before this I spent several years working in local government and the third sector and became fascinated with how organisations function, and how we can enable people to feel happy, empowered and effective at work. I studied for a Master’s degree in Occupational Psychology and went to work at a consultancy specialising in organisational culture change and leadership development in Sydney.
Since then my work has been varied, from assessing leadership potential within the National Government of the United Arab Emirates, to providing talent management solutions to UK-based clients. I have worked across a range of industries in the UK including Financial Services, Professional and Consulting Services, Manufacturing, Engineering, the NHS, and the Civil Service, providing services such as graduate selection and assessment, leadership development programmes, and coaching for senior leadership and C-Suite executives. As a Psychologist with extensive corporate experience, I combine an understanding of the pressures and challenges of a broad range of work environments with a deep psychological understanding. I have a passion for genuine, proactive inclusion, with the knowledge that amplifying diverse voices benefits us all. I have worked with Neurodivergent clients for over a decade and I love nothing more than seeing individuals thrive as they realise their full potential.
A member of the British Psychological Society, the Division of Occupational Psychology, the Division of Coaching Psychology, and the International Society for Coaching Psychology, EMCC accredited to Senior Practitioner level. Holds Level A & B Certificates of Competence in Psychometric Testing (Ability & Personality), qualified to use Hogan, WAVE and a range of other psychometrics.
