I am an HCPC registered Chartered Psychologist with a Master’s degree in Occupational Psychology and BSc. (Hons) in Social Psychology. I started my career as a consultant at SHL (UK) Ltd, a leading psychometric consultancy, and for the past 20 years have explored and refined my skills and knowledge in the selection for assessment and development arena. This love of assessment started at the age of 14 with a first foray into completing a personality questionnaire; devouring a plethora of psychology texts soon followed and my interest has never waned since!
I am Level A and B trained and accredited to use a wide range of personality tools including WAVE, OPQ32, NEO PI-R, Hogan Development Survey (HDS), Strengthscope, MBTI and OPI. I have worked for a huge variety of clients over the years: designing competency and strengths frameworks, situational judgement tests and assessment centres, delivering psychometric profiling assessments and assessment centres as well as training courses and coaching sessions. I am passionate about assessment and using robust, innovative methodologies to help both individuals and organisations fulfil their personal and commercial aspirations.
