With over 20 years of senior management and board level business experience in the finance and manufacturing sectors, I bear some of the scars that often come with that territory. It was later in my career that I began to pursue a deeper interest in my own self-development, which prompted me to explore what held others back from both being more effective in their roles and from leading more satisfying lives, too. This eventually led me to a career as a coach.
We all get stuck in certain ways from time to time, and most of us might wonder how on earth we have got to the place we find ourselves. Coaching is a way to explore those areas we might not really want to or be able to address on our own.
I am particularly interested in helping my clients explore the areas where they would like to get more enjoyment from their work, their relationships and from their life in general.
My approach is to simply add value to my clients’ lives. I take my work seriously, but it’s important that it’s an enjoyable experience as well!
I am a member of the UK Association of Transactional Analysis (UKATA) and abide by their code of ethics and professional practice. I also attend regular supervision and training.
