I have over 25 years combined experience in business including working at board level as a trustee, and a chief executive in the housing sector. In 2006, I set up a leadership consultancy providing professional development services including leadership/action learning facilitation, executive coaching, mindfulness training and psychotherapy services.
I have provided consultancy services to a wide range of organisations in energy, financial, professional services, tech/media, retail, engineering, utilities and the public sector. I am particularly interested in helping organisations develop mindful leaders and mindful workplaces and am keenly interested in enabling people to use mindfulness to improve personal and professional performance, emotional intelligence and resilience.
I trained as a mindfulness teacher at Bangor and Oxford University and The Mindfulness Exchange to deliver workplace mindfulness training. I am one of the leading teachers with The Mindfulness Project in London. Accredited by the Institute of Leadership & Management (ILM) as an executive Coach and action learning facilitator, I am also a member of the Association for Coaching and the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy and a NLP and Firo Instruments practitioner.
