I’m a Chartered Occupational Psychologist and a Chartered Member of the CIPD. I’m passionate about working with individuals, teams and organisations who want to get the best out of people and utilises a passion for developing strong working relationships to get to the heart of challenges facing her clients. I began my career in HR before specialising in assessment and selection, working as an in-house expert for both Centrica, (where I met Jackie) and Barclays. I then joined Penna as a Principal Consultant in Chris and Jackie’s Talent and Assessment team, where I gained my Chartered Occupational Psychologist status. My combination of experiences enables me to understand client issues from various perspectives, whilst taking a personal, professional and realistic approach to problem solving. I’m a keen user of a wide range of psychometric tools applied in both recruitment and development settings. Highlights from my client work to date include profiling high performing Patrols for The AA, redesigning Call Centre and Branch Assessment across Barclays Retail Bank, providing coaching and development for future leaders within BT and carrying out in depth assessments of Country Directors for the British Council.
