I began my career in corporate operational management over twenty years ago and I offer a welter of strong interpersonal and organisational skills and experience to client organisations looking to grow and develop. I have been described by others as having an aptitude for critical analysis, process design planning and strategy formulation.
With many years of experience at the sharp end of planning and delivery I’m able to share practical know-how as well as theory with clients – identifying and solving barriers to growth is the bedrock of her approach to coaching, leadership development and consulting business solutions.

I place wellbeing and resilience at the core of my services and I promote a healthy environment for exploration, experiment and expansion that identifies strengths and capability of individuals and business during coaching, group workshop and leadership training modules.
I’m a personal and executive coach, a Member of the ISMA Institute of Stress Management Association and Association of Coaching. I’m also a qualified auditor, Prince2 practitioner, hypnotherapist, person-centred counsellor, MBSR mindfulness and NLP practitioner.
